Sam Ruda
The Port’s Chief Commercial Officer, Sam Ruda, will be a presenter at an event in Portland next Tuesday focusing on trade possibilities and pitfalls for the year ahead. He will be discussing the East Asia economic outlook and Pacific Rim trade.
“Trade Prospects and Problems in 2013” is a conference about the economy, trade, and technology. Topics of discussion include economic outlook, clean energy, and future technologies. Speakers include a number of top business leaders and economists.
The conference takes place on January 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at University Place Hotel in downtown Portland. The conference was organized by the Global Interdependence Center in partnership with Portland State University, and it is sponsored by INTEL Corporation.
